Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use djjroofingllc.com or request work from DJJ Roofing LLC.

Last Updated: September 5, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of djjroofingllc.com, operated by DJJ Roofing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Note: These terms are provided for informational purposes. For legal compliance specific to your situation, we recommend consulting a qualified attorney.

1. Who We Are

DJJ Roofing LLC is a family-owned roofing contractor based at 124 Como St S, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482, serving Hopkins, Hunt, Wood, Delta and Franklin counties in Northeast Texas. We have been operating since 2015. You can reach us on (903) 217-5431 or at [email protected].

2. Using This Website

You may use this site to learn about our services, view our work, read our guides and request an inspection or estimate. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false information through our forms.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We aim to keep it available and accurate but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Estimates, Quotes and the Online Estimator

This is the most important section on this page, so it is worth reading properly.

  • Any figure shown on this website, including anything produced by our online estimate tool, is an indication only. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not binding on either of us.
  • Roofing prices depend on measurements, pitch, access, the condition of the decking underneath, the materials chosen and other factors that cannot be assessed from a form.
  • A binding price is only ever given in a free written estimate produced after we have inspected the roof, and it is valid for the period stated on that document.
  • Cost ranges published in our guides and blog posts are general information about the Northeast Texas market, not an offer of those prices.
  • Where an insurance claim is involved, your insurer determines coverage. We document what we find on the roof and prepare the factual scope. We do not decide what your policy pays.

4. Insurance Claims and Texas Law

If your roof is damaged in a storm we can inspect it, photograph what we find and prepare a factual scope of the damage for your insurer. Texas sets limits on what a roofing contractor may do in a claim, and we work inside them.

  • We are not public insurance adjusters. Under Texas law only a licensed public insurance adjuster may negotiate or settle a claim on your behalf. We document the condition of the roof and provide the scope. Your insurer decides coverage, and the claim remains yours.
  • We do not pay, waive, absorb or rebate any part of your insurance deductible. Texas law prohibits a contractor from doing so. Your deductible appears on our estimates as your responsibility.
  • We do not promise a claim outcome. Whether a claim is approved, and for how much, is your carrier’s decision.
  • You are free to choose any contractor you wish for the work, regardless of who your insurer suggests.

Guidance on how roof damage claims work in Texas is published by the Texas Department of Insurance.

5. Requesting Work Does Not Create a Contract

Submitting a form, booking an inspection or receiving an estimate does not create a contract between us, and does not create a contractor-client relationship. Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, the price and the terms for that specific job.

Your workmanship warranty and any manufacturer warranty are governed by the documents issued with that agreement, not by this website.

6. Text Messages and Phone Calls

Some of our forms include an optional checkbox agreeing to receive text messages. Ticking it is your choice and is never required to request an inspection, an estimate or any service.

  • Messages relate to your inspection, estimate or job. Frequency varies with your project.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We also call the number you provide to arrange inspections and follow up on estimates. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.

7. Roofing Guidance on This Site

Our guides, blog posts and FAQ pages are general information about roofing in Northeast Texas. They are written carefully, but every roof and every policy is different, and they are not a substitute for an inspection of your specific roof or for advice from your insurer.

Please do not rely on anything here as the sole basis for a decision about your property, and do not climb a wet, steep or storm-damaged roof to check something you read on this site.

8. Photographs, Reviews and Content

The text, layout, guides and job photographs on this site are the property of DJJ Roofing LLC unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with attribution. Copying substantial content or reusing our project photographs without written permission is not permitted.

Customer reviews shown on this site are published as written by the reviewer. Manufacturer names and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear only to identify the products we install.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

This site links to external sources such as manufacturers, the Texas Department of Insurance and industry bodies. We include them because they are useful, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, DJJ Roofing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, from any figure shown by the online estimate tool, or from reliance on general guidance published here.

Nothing in these terms limits or waives any right you have under Texas law that cannot lawfully be waived, including your rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Nothing here limits our responsibility for work we actually carry out under a signed agreement, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our obligations for a completed job are set by that agreement and by the warranties issued with it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Hopkins County, Texas.
